I give it 4 stars because great customer service. I complain the looseness of the keycap and the owner, Alex send me another one. The second one was better than the first one. They fix the issue of the stem and they polish it to make it shiny unlike the first one is matte finish.
These looked more polished in the picture but they came out okay. Really quick shipping though
